Rubin Kadiu is a visual artist based in Tirana, Albania, holding a B.A. and M.A. in Monumental Painting from the University of Arts in Tirana.

He currently serves as Head of Exhibition at the Center for Openness and Dialogue (COD) at the Prime Minister’s Office, where he has curated major exhibitions featuring artists such as Edi Hila, Ben Blushi, and Stefanos Tsivopoulos.

Rubin has showcased his own work in solo and group exhibitions across Albania, Kosovo, Italy, and Greece. Alongside his artistic practice, he has worked as a film editor for Top Channel and participated extensively in Erasmus+ programs across Europe. His expertise includes exhibition development, visual art projection, design concept creation, and team leadership.
